Descrition: In east of China, close to sea, the weather humidity is high, and around the power plant, there is chemical plant, which exhaust some sticky dust.
The origin filter house is another filter house supplier's standard design, has no prefilter, which suits for clean working environment with less humidity, no sticky working environment very well.
Problem: The himidity, the haze weather made the filter cartridge service life much shorter, the pressure drop goes up very fast, which make the replacement filter cartridge work frequent, what's worse, the gas turbine shut down times more often, which affect power plant productivity.
Solution: Focus on this special working environment, Renhe company designed a prefilter in front of the filter cartridge stage. The prefilter solved the humidity and haze damage on the filter cartridge, so the filter cartridge service life gets longer.
